Terms & Conditions – p333 Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and p333.lat ("p333," "we," "us," "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the p333 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through p333.lat and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the p333 Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to the p333 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling laws enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). p333 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by p333, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling regulatory body.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of p333, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

p333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, first withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on the p333 Platform, you must register a single personal account using accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification:

• Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active p333 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account authentication, two-factor verification, and communication.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, UMID, SSS card, PRC ID, driver's license, or voter's ID. Documents must be valid, unaltered, and clearly legible.
• You warrant that all information provided to p333 during registration and KYC is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• p333 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Additional source-of-funds documentation may be requested for large deposits or withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the p333 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, and selected Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your p333 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. p333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.
• Withdrawals are processed only to accounts in the player's verified name. p333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is complete.
• p333 reserves the right to apply standard transaction processing times and to request additional verification for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Any deposits that p333 determines to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or other financial crime will be forfeited, and the associated account will be permanently closed and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

p333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only. p333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus systems — including, without limitation, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of account access.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on the p333 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party providers. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and constitute part of the overall Terms governing play. The following general gameplay rules apply:

• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the p333 server. No retrospective changes will be made except in cases of verified technical errors.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, p333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved.
• p333 game sessions are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, table, and player tier.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance before placing wagers. p333 does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the p333 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement and regulatory bodies:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers such an error must report it to p333 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the p333 Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Any behavior that p333 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward our staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

p333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling should be an entertainment activity and not a source of financial or personal harm. p333 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt them to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (1 week to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the p333 Platform — including but not limited to the p333 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of p333 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the p333 Platform without the prior written consent of p333.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other financial loss. p333's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the date of the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

p333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal on any deposit transaction.
• The player is identified as being a self-excluded individual.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon account closure for cause, p333 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account. In cases of closure not attributable to player misconduct, any verified available balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC clearance.

12. Amendments to These Terms

p333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the p333 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p333 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory complaint procedures under PAGCOR.
